Please select your ad size and complete to pay by credit or debit card. Note that ad sizes are full space for art ~ please do not use margins in your artwork.

To create and submit your ad and pay online, you will be able to upload it from the "Upload Your File" button below. Please submit all inside ads in B&W, all cover ads in 4c, and submit only formats: PDF (preferred), .jpg, ,png, .tiff, or .eps. • If you'd prefer a different method for submitting your ad, there are three other ways to submit it/them. If sending electronically, please be sure to email all ads and forms to both norwalkoldtimersads@gmail.com and jszuets@yahoo.com.

• Second, you may submit your ad by U.S. Postal Service. Be sure to print, complete, and include this order form's information, along with your check made payable to Norwalk Old Timers’ Athletic Association, Inc. Mail all pieces to:
