Please select your ad size and complete to pay by credit or debit card. Note that no margins are necessary in your artwork; you can use the full measurement.

To create and submit your ad and pay online, you can upload the ad from "Upload Your File" button below. Please submit all inside ads in B&W, all cover ads in 4c, and submit only one of these formats: PDF (preferred), .jpg, ,png, .tiff, or .eps. If you encounter any problems or have questions, please message jszuets@yahoo.com.

• If you'd prefer a different method for submitting your ad, there are three other ways to submit it/them. If sending via email, please be sure to email all ads/forms to both norwalkoldtimersads@gmail.com and jszuets@yahoo.com.

• Second, you may submit your ad by U.S. Postal Service. Be sure to print, complete, and include this completed order form, along with your check made payable to Norwalk Old Timers’ Athletic Association, Inc. Mail all pieces to:
